Our Digital Project Manager will be responsible for leading the comms process from beginning to end. You must manage and provide a successful campaign timeline. Coordinate with all required parties for campaign building and on-time delivery to ensure the accomplishment of all objectives and strategy. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Communication, and working across every department the successful candidate will be passionate about building and development processes.
So, which will be your mission?
- Project management of strategy, creative, design, and production requests for all sorts of digital and offline marketing communications (a.o. emails/CRM, social media, websites, transmedia campaigns, event materials, outdoor materials...).
- Improvement of creative operational processes (a.o. lead times and briefing forms) to be able to deliver the best design output on time.
- Building the global marketing campaign action calendar, development, and implementation of operational processes involved.
- Working closely with regional marketing specialists and channel specialists to prepare local campaigns and build the bridge between local marketing and brand global team.
- You will be responsible for the management of budgeting, scoping scheduling, and resource management.
- Interface with internal and external creative/technical specialists as required.
To be brilliant at this role you will …
- Have proven 4-6 years of experience developing a role of digital project manager handling creative executions
- Ideally experienced in fast-moving organizations, i.e. tech companies
- Experience with lifestyle brands is more than welcome
- Be obsessed with timings and order
- Be a good communicator
- Have EXCELLENT people skills
- Be guilty of an obsessive attention to detail
- Be a tenacious problem solver
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- A good level of English and fluent in Spanish.
